We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering.

Note: During peak seasons or unexpected circumstances (like global health crises), delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Varley Nik piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • In original packaging with all protective coverings
Important Exceptions:
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knitwear (including Cardigans and Knit Tops + Tees) that have been tried on without a protective layer underneath.
  • Final sale items marked as such are non-returnable.

How to Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return.

International Returns
